Andrew S. Burgess, C.P.A., C.A. 

Chief Executive Officer, Director 

Andrew Burgess, B. Comm. (Hons), University of Manitoba - is a C.A. C.P.A. (Alberta) and is an experienced professional with more than 35 years experience with natural resource, service and industrial companies in the areas of financial and management reporting, taxation, corporate reorganizations, investments, acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debenture financing, budgeting, investor relations and administration. He has extensive public company experience. He is currently a director of Rock Canyon Mining Corporation.

Al De Lucrezia 

President, Director 

Mr. De Lucrezia is an experienced businessman who has founded a number of publicly listed companies. From 2013 – 2016, Mr. De Lucrezia was CEO, CFO, President and Director of Manera Capital Corp. (now GT Gold Corp., which was acquired by Newmont Corp.). He also founded Califfi Capital Corp., as well as Vincero Capital Corp, also serving as the CEO of both companies. Mr. De Lucrezia is a director of Rakovina Therapeutics Inc., a company engaged in biopharmaceutical research company focused on the development of innovative cancer treatments and he is the President, CEO and a Director of AD4 Capital Corp., which it expects to soon complete its qualifying transaction with a company in the clean tech space. Mr. De Lucrezia has been a director and/or officer of reporting issuers over the past 25 years, culminating in a wealth of experience in board management, company growth, and strategy. Currently, Mr. De Lucrezia manages a multi-million dollar real estate and business portfolio of private companies.

Charles J. Greig M.Sc., P.Geol. 

Director 

Mr. Greig has forty years of geological experience, mainly in the exploration industry, and is the founder of a small geological consultancy based in Penticton, B,C. He has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Geology from the University of British Columbia and has worked on many exploration projects, mainly as a mapper and exploration geologist, ranging from grass-roots to development. These include mineral deposits such as La India in Mexico (Grayd–Agnico Eagle), Wolverine in Yukon (Atna-Westmin, Yukon Zinc), Alamo Dorado in Mexico (Corner Bay-Pan American Silver), Bisha (Nevsun) and Emba Derho (Sunridge Gold) in Eritrea, and Brucejack (Pretivm) and Saddle (GTGold, Newmont) in B.C. He was awarded the 2020 H.H. “Spud” Huestis Award, by AME (the Association for Mineral Exploration of British Columbia) for significant contributions to enhancing the mineral resources of BC and/or the Yukon Territory for discovery of the Saddle North porphyry Cu-Au deposit and the Saddle South epithermal Au-Ag zone for GT Gold.

Dan Martino, CPA, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Dan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) currently providing CFO and Financial Reporting Consulting services to companies listed on Canadian stock exchanges within the clean technology and mineral resource sectors. Dan had previously spent several years in assurance services for public companies at Davidson & Company LLP. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Simon Fraser University in 2010, and his CPA, CA designation in 2013.

Chris Graf

Director

Mr. Graf graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1974 with a degree in geological engineering and has been active for over 40 years, conducting mineral exploration programs in British Columbia, Alberta, Yukon, and in northern Mexico. He has been active in the area of northwestern BC since the 1980s, and in 1983, he staked the Kerr claims on an unexplored area of promising porphyry copper-gold mineralization at Sulphurets Creek in northwestern B.C. Since the discovery of the Kerr property Seabridge Gold Inc. has conducted several drill programs exploring the Kerr deposit and has outlined Measured and Indicated Resources of 384 million tonnes containing 2.7 million ounces of gold, 14 million ounces of silver and 3.4 billion pounds of copper and Inferred Resources of 2,589 billion tones containing 22.8 million ounces of gold, 142 million ounces of silver and 19,852 billion pounds of copper." In 2011, Mr. Graf was the recipient of the Frank Woodside Past Presidents Award for distinguished service to the Minerals Industry from the BC and Yukon Chamber of Mines, now known as AME BC. Mr. Graf’s expertise will be invaluable to the company in exploring the MC claims.

John Pallot

Director

Mr. Pallot has been a self-employed consultant in the mining industry since 2002. Mr. Pallot studied at Simon Fraser University prior to serving with Telus Corp. for thirty years. He has more than twenty years of involvement with public companies as a director and/or in senior executive capacities with such companies as Statesman Resources Ltd., Messina Minerals Inc., Windarra Minerals Ltd., and Red Mile Minerals Corp. (now Orla Mining Ltd.). He presently serves as an independent director of Klondike Gold Corp. He was a director of Califfi Capital Corp. (now Bonanza Mining Corporation) from February 2017 to August 2024. He was a director of Vincero Capital Corp. (now Rakovina Therapeutics Inc.) from May 2019 to March 2021. He was a director of Manera Capital Corp. (now GT Gold Corp.) from January 2014 to May 2021.
